Tape the corner cuts withbuilders tape to make sure there is continuity of the WRB over theflashing.If your door is going to be exposedto direct rainwater and wind, itwould be best to use a secondflexible flashing sealover theWRB which is over the first layerof flexible flashing.This second layer of flashingshould be lapped to direct waterdown and out of the wall. If the door is above grade, youmay want to install a weep screedalong the sill, between the lip ofthe sill pan and the exterior fin-ish, as shown.
